The Tharu — Indigenous People of Nepal

Since ancient times, the Tharu community has been living in the Terai region of Nepal, from the eastern border of Mechi to the western border of Mahakali. Their natural resistance to malaria allowed them to thrive in dense forests where no other community could settle — this is why the Tharu are recognized as the indigenous people of Nepal.

रणमा खाँ बबाके धुप आरती किरयौ-२ सब कोइ ओकरै परणाम किरयौ-२ सबकोइ एिलयै बबाके स्थान घर घरमे हेतै सबके कल्याण-२ रणमा खाँ बबा रिखयौ सबकाई ध्यान ।
